Shipping policy

Hello from Mumbai!

 

Our online store is now open and shipping regularly. With the health and safety of the community in mind, we are packing orders from our head office in Mumbai following COVID-19 protocols. All of our pieces, excluding some, are made-to-order. While we are packing and shipping frequently from our head office in Mumbai, please allow the possibility to experience slightly delayed shipping time by 2-4 days due to the unavailability of raw materials. In this case, our team will get back to you with the updates.

 

We estimate that you will receive the product by 10-14 business days after it has been shipped. We do not ensure the efficiency of our shipping partners and are not liable for delays on their end. We only ship on Saturdays. We are incredibly grateful for your kindness and patience.

Who do I call or email to get an update about my order?

You can reach us directly at radhikaagrawalstudio@gmail.com for any and all queries regarding your order. Each of our orders is packed by hand, Monday-Saturday, 11-7 pm. Contact us then to get a timely response.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All our orders are made-to-order and are shipped within 10-14 days of receiving the order via merchant courier. If we have the product you have placed an order for in our inventory, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All our products are shipped in a timely manner via DHL International. DHL estimates their international shipping time to take between 6-10 days. But due to the unpredictability of Customs, we cannot guarantee how long they will take to reach you.  For long delays, please contact your local customs office. We cannot get in touch with the appropriate authorities on behalf of the customer.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees that may be incurred.

 

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We do not refund/replace products lost in transit. Please ensure you are providing us with the correct address and contact information. We do not replace or refund stolen or un-retrieved orders confirmed as delivered. Packages marked undeliverable will be re-sent if and when they are received back at our office and will incur a reshipment fee.

 

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

Not every product is eligible for exchange, refund and/or replacement. Read our Return Policy to learn more.

 

My jewellery is broken or damaged, can I get a replacement or a refund? 

We do not accept refunds and replacements. If you have received a damaged piece, send us proof within 24 hours of having received it to know if you are eligible for replacement/refund or not. Read our Return Policy to learn more.

 

What happens if my jewellery breaks?

We are more than happy to repair your product for you! Repairs are at a fixed rate of INR.700. Send your pieces to: -
